1. Operator and scope
주식회사 씨라이프사이언스랩 (Representative: 정영인, Business Registration No. 435-86-01494, E-commerce Registration No. 2022-부산동구-1198) provides the BGSP web-based seafood trade platform.
The service supports company signup, KYB review, seller listing workflows, marketplace discovery, deal room negotiation, payment and settlement operations, outbound requests, claims, and evidence management.
2. Account eligibility and authority
- Users must apply as an authorized representative or employee of a real business entity.
- Seller and Buyer access is subject to BGSP review and may be approved, rejected, restricted, or suspended.
- Users are responsible for account security, accurate information, lawful authority, and prompt updates when company, ownership, bank, or contact information changes.
3. Listings, negotiation, and deals
Listings, pre-listings, product media, QC evidence, and documents are provided for business review and may be subject to BGSP approval before public display.
Offers, counteroffers, messages, and terms entered in Deal Room may become trade evidence. A deal is not final until the platform status and required confirmation steps are completed.
For deal confirmation, mediation, dispute handling, security, and regulatory compliance, an assigned BGSP operations administrator or Super Admin may review Deal Room conversations after MFA verification and recording a business reason. BGSP operational messages identify the sender as the BGSP operations team rather than an individual administrator.
4. Payment, outbound, settlement, and claims
- Payment instructions, settlement calculations, storage or logistics costs, outbound approvals, and claim holds are operated according to platform status and BGSP operator review.
- BGSP may hold settlement, restrict outbound, or preserve evidence when payment, document, inventory, claim, legal, or risk issues exist.
- Users must submit accurate payment, delivery, claim, and evidence information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false company, product, bank, document, beneficial owner, or authority information.
- Trading products that violate applicable food safety, customs, sanctions, export/import, tax, or other regulatory requirements.
- Bypassing platform records, interfering with security, scraping without permission, abusing files or media, or misusing another company's information.
6. Evidence, content, and service operation
Users grant BGSP the rights necessary to store, display, review, process, and preserve submitted company documents, product media, trade records, and claim evidence for service operation.
BGSP may modify, pause, or improve service features for security, compliance, maintenance, product quality, or operational reasons.
7. Notices and changes

BGSP may update these terms when the service, law, risk policy, or operating model changes. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued signup or use.
